Cancellation Policy – CepSia

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on CepSia may be cancelled. By placing an order on the CepSia platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Buyers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order is automatically processed for packing and dispatch to international distribution partners.
2. Orders That Have Been Shipped
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- Shipment status includes orders that have been handed over to logistics or distribution partners
Due to international fulfillment processes, cancellation is not possible after shipment initiation.
3. International Fulfillment Process
For global orders, products are prepared and transferred to distribution or logistics partners shortly after order confirmation. This process ensures timely delivery but limits cancellation flexibility beyond the initial processing period.
4. Failed Cancellation Requests
If a cancellation request is submitted after the allowable period or after shipment:
- The request will be declined
- The order will continue through the delivery process
- Buyers may refer to the Refund & Return Policy after delivery, where applicable
5. Partial Cancellations
Partial cancellation of multi-item orders may not be available once order processing begins. Items already prepared or shipped cannot be cancelled individually.
6. Payment Refund for Approved Cancellations
For approved cancellations within the eligible time frame:
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider and country
7. Seller or System-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, an order may be cancelled due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Regulatory or customs restrictions
In such cases, buyers will receive a full refund without additional charges.
8. Misuse of Cancellation Policy
CepSia reserves the right to restrict cancellation privileges for accounts showing repeated misuse, excessive cancellation requests, or suspicious activity.
9. Policy Updates
CepSia may revise this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the platform.
